How we support you
We work hard to provide a service that has, at its heart, respect for those we support. We know that your dignity is paramount and our values ensure our services are delivered in a way that promotes your independence and well being.
Our commitment to you means that we offer high quality home care and support services, with our values embedded in our staff training and service delivery.
Our care and support staff will:
Respect a person’s wishes and protect their privacy and confidentiality
Respect a person’s home, belongings and correspondence
Promote self determination and choice for all who use our services
Maintain and promote a person’s abilities and mental and physical capacity
Uphold the dignity of individuals at all times, supporting them to remain in their own homes, maximising their independence and life opportunities
Work with people to make or regain community / family / friends networks and new interests
Respect people’s ethnic and cultural needs
Our management will ensure that we:
Sustain a highly trained and professional workforce
Support all staff to undertake qualifications such as NVQ’s in care and in management
Prepare and follow a person centred support plan for each individual we support
Provide a contractual agreement
Ensure a safe working environment for customers and care staff
Ensure we provide a non-discriminatory service
Consult our customers on a regular basis regarding the service we provide, through review and customer satisfaction surveys and act on our findings
Supervise and monitor and support our staff on a regular basis
