In house training
Induction and mandatory training courses required under our registration are carried out by qualified trainers within the company and delivered in our purpose built training suite or in local offices, to suit the flexible working hours of our staff.
Each member of our teams has a personal development plan prepared at the end of the three month induction period to ensure that every care and support worker’s individual training needs are documented and achievement tracked throughout the year.
